A Kenyan man in Atlanta is appealing to the community at large to help save his life. Peter Gachanja was diagnosed with kidney failure in 2014  and has been on dialysis 3 times a week. The average Life expectancy on dialysis is about 5 to 10 years.

Mr Gachanja needs a kidney transplant promptly. Fortunately, a donor has been found and piedmont hospital Atlanta has offered to perform the transplant.

Gachanja is appealing to the community to help him get a new kidney. His fund-raiser will be held this Saturday, on May 7th, at the Kenyan American Community Church (KACC)  771 Elberta  Dr. Marietta, Georgia.  He also has a gofundme account https://www.gofundme.com/66ryz2fg and a Bank Of America account number 334049400252.
